At Arizona Lucky Star complete automotive repair facility we believe in doing business the traditional old-Fashioned way. We are a family owned and operated automotive repair shop that started in Tempe Arizona in 2001 and later moved to Mesa Arizona, where we have been earning the trust of our customers for over 14 years. Our shop is equipped with the most advanced equipment and software diagnostic tools that makes maintaining, repairing and/or overhauling of your vehicle very effective and efficient. The mechanics have many years of training and experience.
Bob came to United States in 1996. He has a mechanical engineering degree from Serbia. He worked as a Master Tech and transmission expert for few shops in the Chicago and Phoenix metro area. In 2001, together with his wife and two daughters he decided to open their own automotive repair shop. He applied his knowledge and experience to diagnose and repair vehicles, while his daughters worked in the front office managing business.
Dusan is a machinist and Master Tech. He acquired his mechanical knowledge in Europe. In 2002 he started to work for Arizona Lucky Star. He is very experienced tech with amazing amount of knowledge about domestic and foreign vehicles. A strong emphasis is placed on quality and relationships. At almost anytime of the day you will be greeted by one of our owners and provided a transparent atmosphere to ask questions or bring up concerns about your vehicle.
Kristina has a bachelor degree in Mathematics/Statistics from Arizona State University. In 2001, like her sister Miki she decided to help their father to operate the shop. She generates a lot of business by acquiring and managing commercial fleet accounts. She is very organized and customer satisfaction is her number one goal. Miki has a bachelor degree in bio-chemistry from Arizona State University. In 2001 while going to school, she decided to help her father manage business and learned hands on all it takes to operate a successful shop. She is very personable and carrying. She will provide great customer service and continue to maintain relationship with customers. She spends a great amount of time to find quality parts for reasonable price, so our customers are happy with price and quality of worked performed on their vehicle.
